"Had an issue with my a/c for 2 evenings in South Florida in July (AGHHH!!!) I was referred to Louie's, called, explained the issue Someone was over in 20 minutes! He had an idea yet as he told me, "it might not be the fix. I don't want you to have to keep calling with the same issue. " He actually informed me how close to me he lived and that when the same problem happened again to call and he would be right over. He needed to see the problem in action. He did not charge me for that visit! I did have to call him at 6:30pm that evening. He did whatever he did outside (with the water sprinklers going!). He came up, knocked on door and just said, "All fixed", and he was soaking wet! I felt so bad for him! Great job!"
